Course Content

Classroom presentations are followed by stimulating realistic simulated scenarios conducted in a purpose-built simulator based on a generic offshore or onshore windfarm.
Delegates have the opportunity to role-play as the emergency manager in at least two specific types of emergency scenarios. This is a key element of the training programme and is backed up by constructive feedback from the course instructional team.

Certification: An OPITO certificate and performance appraisal of the learner’s knowledge and any performance gaps identified during training will be issued upon successful course completion
Target audience: Personnel in charge of, members of, or provide support to an emergency management team.
Revalidation: There is no revalidation requirement for this training programme.
Items to bring: Government Issued Photographic ID eg Driver Licence or Passport.
