Prerequisites
Prerequisites Required!
In order to complete OPITO ERRV Crew Fast Rescue Craft (FRC) Coxswain, delegates must hold:

Hold valid ITSO or revalidation using OODTP
Hold valid Boatman cert or revalidation through OODTP
3 months experience acting as an FRC Boatman onboard an operational ERRV

- Certification: An OPITO certificate will be issued upon successful course completion.
- Certificate validity (months): 36
- Revalidation: The course must be revalidated every 3 years.
- Items to bring: Government Issued Photographic ID eg Driver Licence or Passport Pre-Reading:
- Health prerequisites: Due to certain aspects of the course being potentially physically demanding and/or stressful, delegates will be required to confirm their medical fitness & physical ability to participate on this course by completing our centre medical self-screening form prior to course commencement
