IPAF (Mobile Elevated Work Platform Training) Blended Learning

IPAF (Mobile Elevated Work Platform Training) Blended Learning

Course Overview

IPAF's eLearning provides a flexible and enhanced online learning experience for the mobile elevating work platform (MEWP) operator. It provides the same high-quality theory training as in the classroom and can be completed on a range of devices anytime, anywhere, at your own pace. Completing the e-learning alone does not qualify you as an operator; industry standards require both the knowledge gained in the e-learning theory session and assessed operation of the equipment to demonstrate proficiency. Once you have completed the e-learning, you must also complete the practical assessment and testing at one of our IPAF-Approved centres to obtain a PAL Card (Powered Access Licensed-Registration) This is a blended learning package which includes both online theory training and practical training / assessment at our approved IPAF training centre. All learners must complete the e-learning theory module prior to attending our IPAF approved centre for practical session. Upon completion of the e-learning you will receive a ‘receipt of e-learning completion’, please bring this along to your practical session for your course instructor to verify – without this you will not be to participate in training and additional changes will occur to reschedule. Please note: All learners will still be expected to complete a theory test when they arrive at a training centre to verify that they have the knowledge to continue to the practical element of the course.
