Course Overview
This course is designed to offer the delegates both classroom based theoretical tuition together with practical instruction in the safe and efficient use of high pressure and ultra high pressure water jetting equipment and accessories for various surface preparation and cleaning applications.

In order to complete Water Jetting - Surface Preparation, delegates must hold:

- WJA Safety Awareness certification

- Certification: A WJA certificate will be issued upon successful completion.
- Certificate validity (months): 36
- Target audience: Any person who is inexperienced or new to the industry who will be required to undertake high pressure water jetting for the purpose of surface preparations using jetting guns and lances. Experienced operators who have not had previous training and who require to improve their knowledge and skills. E Experienced operators who require re-training (Refresher)
- Revalidation: The course must be revalidated every 3 years.
- Items to bring: Government Issued Photographic ID eg Driver Licence or Passport.
- Health prerequisites: Due to certain aspects of the course being potentially physically demanding and/or stressful, delegates will be required to confirm their medical fitness & physical ability to participate on this course by completing our centre medical self-screening form prior to course commencement.
