Provide fabric maintenance personnel with a foundational understanding of QA/QC in protective coatings.

In order to complete QAQC – Industrial Coatings Awareness, delegates must hold:

Basic knowledge of industrial coatings.
Course Content
• Identify key environmental factors (temperature, humidity, dew point) that affect coating performance.• Understand basic surface preparation standards (Sa 2.5, Sa 2, St 2, St 3) and their relevance.
• Use basic tools to measure environmental conditions and understand how to record these on QA/QC forms.
• Recognize the role of a QA/QC Inspector in adjusting or halting work if conditions are out of specification.
