The New Roads and Street Works Act (NRSWA) Full Course is designed for both operatives and supervisors who need to carry out street works to the standards required by the NRSWA 1991

Excavation in the Highway (Unit 3): Focuses on safe excavation practices. 4. Reinstatement and Compaction of Backfill Materials (Unit 4): Training on how to properly reinstate and compact backfill materials. 5. Reinstatement of Sub-Base and Road Base in Non-Bituminous Materials (Unit 5): Covers the reinstatement of sub-base and road base layers. 6. Reinstatement in Bituminous Materials (Unit 6): Training on how to reinstate surfaces using bituminous materials. 7. Reinstatement of Concrete Slabs (Unit 7): Focuses on the reinstatement of concrete surfaces. 8. - Revalidation: NRSWA accredited certificate and a Street Works card, valid for five years
- Items to bring: Participants are required to bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including: • Safety boots • Helmet • Gloves • Hi-vis coat or vest • Eye protection
